All bicycles are professionally tuned and then partially disassembled for secure transport. They are shipped in reinforced cycling crates and require minimal assembly upon arrival.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear, apparel, and components in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles are subject to a specialized inspection process before a refund is issued.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with local bike shops nationwide. You can choose to have your bike shipped directly to a partner shop for professional assembly and safety tuning for an additional fee.
Are the bikes covered under warranty?
Every Spoken Cycles frame comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Components such as drivetrains and suspension are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
Which payment methods do you accept?
